Mango & pear creamy smoothie bowl

Mango pears cream

I’d like to share with you this very easy mango and pear smoothie bowl recipe that I made yesterday. It was very creamy, delicious and nutritious.

You can make it for breakfast or after school for kids.

 

The ingredients:

For 1 person (big bowl):

  • 1 Mango
  • Some frozen banana chunks (about ½ a banana)
  • 1 pear
  • A splash of water

The Mango and pear should be cold (put them in the fridge before preparing the smoothie.

The recipe:

Peel the mango, cut it into pieces and put it in the blender, then add the pear (not peeled) and the banana chunks.

Blend with a splash of water until homogenous and creamy.

Decorate with slices of pear and mango.
